Paying Your Bill


The District offers multiple ways to pay your bill.


  • Cash, check, debit/credit cards (Visa and MasterCard only) are accepted at each location.

  • Each location also has a drive-up box and drop box (located near the front door). Please do not deposit cash here.

  • Payments can be mailed to: PO Box 472 Raymond, WA 98577.

  • A Visa, MasterCard, Checking account, or Savings account can be used by calling 1-844-829-1962. A recurring payment can be set up at the same time a payment is made using this method.

  • Customers can pay using Smarthub on the PUD website or on the Smarthub Mobile App. Instructions for creating a Smarthub account can be found below.

  • Pay Now allows customers to pay through the PUD website without logging into an account. All you need is the last name on your account and account number.

  • RCC (Recurring Credit Card) using a Visa or MasterCard the District can withdraw the amount due on the 5th or 20th of each month (depending on billing cycle). This can be done using the automated phone system or logging into Smarthub.

  • ACH (Automated Clearing House) using a checking or savings account the District will withdraw funds on the 5th or 20th of each month (depending on billing cycle). Customers who choose this option may be eligible for the District's $20 Bill Credit Program and be eligible to choose from additional withdrawal dates.
