Payment Assistance Options


Customers having trouble paying their bills have options.

  • Payment Arrangements are available to customers who may need a few extra days paying their bill without incurring late fees. Call your local office to discuss this option.
  • The District offers a program called Warm Heart. This program is made up of funds donated by customers, for customers. Eligible applicants have access to up to $300 per year in Warm Heart funds to help with utility bills and deposits. Applications are available here.
    Customers interested in donating to this program can use this form.
  • The Low Income Home and Energy Assistance (LIHEAP) Program is administered by Coastal Community Action Program. Information regarding this program is available here. The District will post information here and on Facebook when LIHEAP becomes available.
