The District provides customers with an opportunity to support environmentally preferred power. This clean, renewable energy is generated from wind, solar, geothermal, and small hydro projects that have minimal impacts on the environment.

By purchasing green power you increase demand and support of the development of other renewable energy projects that are better for the environment and for your child's future.

Options Include:

• 100 kWh- $1.05/month
• 200 kWh- $2.10/month
• 300 kWh- $3.15/month
• 400 kWh- $4.20/month
• 500 kWh- $5.25/month
• Add $1.05 per every 100 kWh

This charge will be added to your monthly bill. There is no limit on how much you can buy. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time in writing.

The PUD cannot guarantee that actual "green" electrons will reach your home or business, but the amount purchased will be delivered to the northwest power grid. By purchasing green power you are helping to support the development of renewable energy projects that are better for the environment and future generations.
