Landlords
The District works with customers who own one or multiple rentals in the county to ensure there is no lapse in service. A Landlord Agreement can be signed and placed on the account requesting that service be transferred directly into the landlords name when the tenant requests it be removed from their name.
Landlords who do not have an open account (other than a rental property) and do not qualify to have a deposit waived will be asked to provide a deposit to be held on file to avoid the District's need to contact the landlord to secure the account prior to transfer.
