Customers interested in authorizing another person to make changes to their account or speak on their behalf can sign an Account Authorization Form.

Customers can choose full authorization, allowing a person to act on their behalf regarding all matters on any accounts listed, or a number of other options including:

  • Inquire on Status of Account(s)
  • Make Payment Arrangements
  • Request Connect or Disconnect
  • Make a Change of Mailing Address
