During these unprecedented times the District continues to provide essential services to our customers in the best way possible.

The PUD is currently excusing late fees and disconnections for non-pay until the Governor’s Proclamation is expired.

T-RAP Funding Application

$10 Bill Credit Program (One Time)

Available to customers who sign up for paperless billing and ACH, which includes a Checking or Savings Account withdrawal on the 5th, 12th, 20th or 27th of each month (chosen by the customer).
  • ACH (Automated Clearing House)

    Checking or Savings Account withdrawal is on the 5th or 20th of each month (depending on billing cycle).
  • RCC (Recurring Credit Card

    Visa or Mastercard withdrawal is on the 5th or 20th of each month (depending on billing cycle).
  • Pay By Phone

    Call 1-844-829-1962 to pay using Visa, Mastercard, Checking or Savings Account.
  • SmartHub Account (Online or Mobile Application)

    Login to a SmartHub account to view and make changes to your account and billing information as well as pay your bill.
  • Drop Box/Drive Up

    Both office locations have drop boxes at the front of the building and drive up drop boxes available for payments 24/7.
  • Mail Payments

    As always, if you are having difficulty paying your bill, call your local office to discuss arrangements.

    Eventual payment for all electric and water related fees incurred will be required.
    Project Warm Heart allows customers to donate to a fund to help needy customers pay their electric bills, as well as helping customers who cannot get help elsewhere.

    Donations are accepted any time and may be included with your electric bill. For customers who wish to contribute to Project Warm Heart on a regular basis, the PUD will automatically add any amount you wish to contribute to your electrical bill.

    Project Warm Heart is administered by Crisis Support Network and all funds collected are used exclusively for this program.

    If you are looking to receive help from the Warm Heart Program please contact your local PUD office.

    The PUD offers an averaged equal monthly payment plan. 
    Payments are based on the previous twelve month usage and are adjusted annually based on actual use. 
    The optimum time to start the budget program is in April.  This is the time of year when we evaluate the average yearly bills.  Your account should ideally form a credit balance in the summer and fall months which will carry over to help pay higher winter billings. Any usage over the estimate will be the responsibility of the customer. 
    This program is especially helpful to customers who are on a fixed monthly income.
    PUD No. 2 of Pacific County provides the ability to apply for a discount under the electric discount program by filing an application. Applicants approved for the Low-Income Senior or Low-Income Disabled Citizen residential electric discount program shall receive the following credit against the applicant’s electric bill during each calendar year:

    150% to 200% of FPL
    100% to 149% of FPL
    Up to 100% of FPL and under
    Maximum allowable credit per year is $400.00

    *The Total Household Income levels will be adjusted each year in December based on the United States Department of Health and Human Services Federal Poverty Guidelines for the ensuing year’s program.
